Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping methods

  • Standard (3–5 business days): UPS or USPS Ground
  • Expedited (2 business days): UPS 2nd Day Air
  • Overnight (next business day): UPS Next Day Air

All shipping methods include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Handling

Lyophilized peptides are shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store per the handling notes on that batch's Certificate of Analysis. Verify your batch's COA at glampeptides.com/coas or by scanning the QR on the bottle.

All sales final

All sales of research-use materials are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your shipment arrives damaged or compromised, contact hello@glampeptides.com with photos and your order number.

Lost or stolen packages

We do not replace packages marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (stuck at a facility for more than five business days after the last scan), email us and we will file a carrier trace on your behalf.
